  • Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Merchandise returned due to customer's remorse must be in the original package in resellable condition, returned within 30 days of receipt and returned at your expense. 10% restocking fee will be applied.

In the case of a defective product, we will either ship a replacement or provide you with full credit.

 

 

  • Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

 

  • Shipping

Most orders leave the warehouse within 1 - 7 business days.

Items shipping directly from the vendors and items on backorder will take longer.

Please allow additional delivery time for orders shipped a significant distance from your delivery location or for special carrier requirements (e.g., no receiver present, signature required, etc.).

Due to COVID-19, carriers are experiencing more delays than usual, so if you need your goods or gifts to arrive by a certain date, it is recommended that you allow yourself a little extra time.

 

 

  • Shipping Costs

Your estimated shipping costs will appear at checkout. Shipping costs are based on weight.

  • Order Tracking

After you place your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Tracking information will also be available in My Account when you click "View Order." Some products may ship separately. You will receive a separate email for each shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to appear on the carrier's website.

I'm not going to be in the delivery location on delivery day. Do I have to sign for my package?

Parcel orders via FedEx, UPS and USPS are usually delivered without a signature. However, LTL/White Glove Delivery do require a designated date and signature for delivery.

How are LTL shipments delivery arranged?

When we ship out an order, we will indicate the carrier name along with the shipment confirmation via email. Several days before the expected delivery, the carrier will call you to schedule an appointment. Please setup a day and time that works best for you.

Do you offer a guarantee or warranty on your products?

We do have a 30-day guarantee against Manufacturer Defects. Returns are only accepted with a return authorization number. For a Return Authorization Number, please email info@theurbantreehouse.com
