Directions: Place your feet directly on the tiles for 10-15 minutes. Use tiles as they come.

 For Warm Therapy: Heat tiles in the oven at 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Check to make sure they are not too hot, then place feet on tiles for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy our foot therapy as needed, even daily if desired.

For Cold Therapy: We recommend cold therapy for some feet conditions, such as swollen feet and ankles. Keep feet in the refrigerator and use as needed.
